Choose Your Group’s Yoga Experience

Select the flavors of yoga you want. Your group’s flow can be as relaxing or as spicy as you like!

  • Focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Appropriate for the beginning student, someone recovering from an injury, or someone who needs to move more slowly.

  • A continuous flow through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement. Build strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility.

  • Yin yoga is a slow-paced, passive type of yoga that incorporates long holds and deep breaths for a stretch that gets right into the muscle fibers. Yin yoga involves a series of seated and supine postures, typically held for 3-5 minutes at a time. This is a practice of surrender, encouraging sensory awakening that melts away residual tension and stress

  • A gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of 4-6 restful poses. Yogis are often supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release.

  • A marriage of the strong, yang Vinyasa Yoga with the receptive Yin Yoga. Active, yet grounding sun salutations and standing flows are offered in the first half of class to enliven the body and chase away any fatigue, followed by low-to-the ground holds to downregulate the nervous system.

  • This class will move your body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support may be offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.
