  • I come to you!

    You can experience your yoga & massage at…

    • your home, villa, or rental property

    • your favorite beach,

    • a place I recommend around the island,

    • or another sacred space!

    Not all private yoga is on the beach, although it is certainly the most popular place people choose!

    I do not operate out of a studio. (I used to, which you may have been to - if so, hi and I’m so glad you’re still with me! )

  • For a massages:

    You can wear comfortable clothes, and bring water or a drink of your choosing!

    For yoga classes:

    Bring water, a mat or beach towel, and an open heart. Wear comfortable clothes!

    All private yoga classes include:

    • 1 hourlong session

    • mats (I have extras)

    • props, if needed

    • me coming to you/your location of choice, or I can select us a spot

  • I provide modifications and variations for all poses to ensure a welcoming, supportive and inclusive environment for anyone involved! I can also bring props. Just let me know what I should be mindful of when we practice, or if we meet for a massage.

  • Our yoga flow can be as relaxed or as spicy as you’d like! I am here to help you create your own experience, one that’s the most nourishing for you and anyone else joining.

    I teach intuitively and can create the perfect session for your body that day.

    I am certified in 5 styles of yoga, which means I can bring together any of these different vibes and tailor your yoga class to be just what you need:

    1. Hatha

    2. Vinyasa

    3. Yin

    4. Restorative

    5. Senior & Chair Yoga

    Your first yoga experience is a very small piece of it — there are many flavors of yoga. Maybe you’ve specifically practiced one style, or one teacher didn’t resonate with you. There are many other things to try, that can make your yoga journey more enjoyable and nourishing for you.

    Please also note that variations and modifications will be provided for all poses, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone involved.

  • My clients are often 75+ years of age! You’re NEVER too old to connect movement and breathwork. I’m here to help no matter what age you are and even if you have mobility issues or are recovering from an injury.

  • Yoga is for EVERY body. Your pose doesn't have to look like mine or your neighbors or what you did yesterday. We’re just seeing what we can do right now.

    Saying you’re too inflexible for yoga is like saying you’re too dirty to take a shower!

    Getting on the mat will balance your body, help you breathe more consciously, and cultivate mental clarity, no matter what your poses look like. Learning to manage your internal dialogue is one of the biggest benefits you’ll take off the mat.

    Variations and modifications will be provided for all poses, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone involved.

  • Absolutely! As a yoga instructor, I specialize in alignment-based movement, which is specifically tailored to honor what your body can do today.

    Whether you are a beginner, dealing with an injury, or a wise senior, my classes are designed to embrace all bodies and foster the body-breath connection that yoga offers. This is a gentle approach that can meet you where you’re at.

    I have extensive training to provide variations and modifications specifically designed for beginners. This ensures that you have a comfortable experience and can confidently practice at your own pace, regardless of your experience level. Additionally, I can bring props to our sessions, further enhancing your practice and allowing you to feel more supported in each pose.

    I understand that starting a yoga journey can feel overwhelming, so I am here to guide you every step of the way.
