Stretching alone doesn’t resolve that; it usually just keeps you stuck in the cycle. This work is for bodies that are tired of feeling unstable, restricted, or chronically in pain, no matter how much they stretch.

I blend yoga with barbell-forward strength training so your body feels balanced and effectively supported. We’ll build stability where it’s missing, create mobility that’s tested under load, and finally teach your nervous system how to regulate. Powerful and stable movement translates meaningfully on the mat, in your workouts, and in daily life.

Long-Form Thai Yoga Massage

I work with a very small number of clients each day, usually one or two, so I can show up fully present. This isn’t assembly-line bodywork: you receive my full attention, care, and energy every time. Longer sessions allow the work to unfold and integrate without rushing.

Single-Session Massage

All sessions are full body Thai Yoga Massage. This is a table-based practice, rooted in traditional techniques. This specialty form of bodywork unites the best of acupressure, assisted dynamic stretching, traction and compression, gentle rocking, and intentional breathwork.

90-Minute Thai Yoga Massage

This is a comprehensive treatment designed to settle the nervous system and address the body as a whole, without rushing.

The most expansive and immersive option. Includes longer, yin-style stretches and unhurried transitions, with generous time for focused work.

Hi, I’m Crystal.

I’ve spent the last two decades studying how bodies respond to movement, stillness, and hands-on care. My work sits at the intersection of yoga, strength training, and long-form Thai Yoga bodywork.

I work with flexible, driven people who still feel tight, tired, or imbalanced, despite doing all the right things.

I also live in an overly flexible body with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and learning how to create stability around joint laxity and subluxation has deeply shaped how I approach movement and bodywork.

My work is precise and attentive by design. I focus on patterns, not quick fixes, and I’m interested in helping the body reorganize in a way that feels steady and capable again.
